MORTON-BARBER LEARNING CENTER REFUND POLICY<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

As of January 1, 2021, refund requests may be honored (less<\/u><\/strong> any shipping costs and<\/strong> the costs of opened\/<\/strong> used<\/strong> books and online questions**<\/u>) at:<\/p>\n

100% over 30 days prior to the scheduled class date.<\/p>\n

50% of the total cost 10-30 days prior to the first day of class.<\/p>\n

NO REFUND<\/strong> honored for less than 10 days prior to class.<\/p>\n

Shipping fees for books and materials that are returned are the responsibility of the enrollee\/student.<\/p>\n

Books should not be used or written in and should be returned in the same condition to get a full refund on them.<\/p>\n

Students who start class, but do not finish will be invited back to finish in a future class \u2013 within 3 months.<\/p>\n

Morton-Barber allows students to review previously attended courses.<\/p>\n

Students are permitted to attend up to two review classes within 3 months of the original class.\u00a0 The first review fee is $100.\u00a0 The second review fee is half of the original, full price.<\/p>\n

Self Study Course Materials: NO REFUND is given.<\/strong><\/p>\n

**Securities Course Materials<\/em><\/strong>: We cannot refund any <\/em>opened or used<\/u><\/em><\/strong> study materials sent or emailed by our third-party vendors. (Examples: STC, Kaplan, ExamFX, etc.)<\/em><\/p>\n

If vendor or school materials are open or used: you will get refunded the class only price<\/u> of your course.<\/p>\n

If combo deal was purchased, we will deduct the cost of the open or used study materials for both<\/strong> courses from purchase price.<\/em><\/p>\n
